Portland Mitchell

Portland's styling career has spanned 20 years - from leading a team on a major interiors title (Living Etc) to liaising with art directors, directing and designing sets, creating concepts, location sourcing, budget management and prop sourcing for shoots and installations for media events.
A previous winner of the prestigious Crown Stylist of the Year Award, Portland has been a freelance stylist ever since working on commissions for clients including Daylesford, Barbour, Garden Trading, Howdens, Harrods John Lewis, Laura Ashley, Le Creuset, Nespresso, Philips, QVC, Purple Dragon,Tesco and Waitrose within the UK, along with House of Fraser and Amazon in South Africa and Q Home Decor in Dubai. Alongside editorial projects for Homes & Gardens, Coast and Easy Living magazine, Portland has also curated and created the look for homes brochures for DIY brands B & Q, Homebase and for Tesco.  Portland styled moving image films for HSL, Magnet Kitchens and John Lewis and has art directed and styled shoots for furniture brands Arlo & Jacob, Neptune and Marks & Spencer.
