Brian Buchard

Brian's passion for photography and the history of image making started at an early age. This early interest let him to explore and pursue it further by studying photography in Copenhagen and Hamburg. He expanded his knowledge by assisting various photographers in the United States before starting his own career fifteen years ago.
His favourite style of photography is using daylight and he considers himself a natural light photographer, however, he also loves to create light sources through the use of carefully placed lighting and equipment for his shoots.
Brian has a keen interest in art and architecture which is often reflected in his images. Through the carefully considered images he composes, he elevates his work further and enjoys being involved in a shoot from the outset and concepts, through to being on set and capture of the images.
Brain lives outside Copenhagen with his family and travels to shoots all over Europe.
His clients include: Band and Olufsen, Montana, Vitra, Fritz Hansen, Kvadrat, Linie Design, Bonhams, Dineses, Magasin, &tradition and Kvik.
